MemberLink is SFPCU's 24-hour transaction line that allows you to inquire about balances, transfer money, request checks, and get the latest rate information.
If this is your first time using MemberLink, you will be prompted to create a PIN. This PIN will be used for both MemberLink and Online Banking.

What you should know before you begin
- At times, MemberLink will ask you to enter either the "pound [#] sign" or the "asterisk [*] key".
- The "pound [#] sign" on your phone indicates you have finished entering information.
- The "asterisk [*] key" on your phone takes you back to the previous action or ends your call.
Once you have dialed in choose from the following Options:
[1] Current Rates
[1] Savings and Checking account rates.
[2] Loan rates.
[3] Certificate rates.
[*] Escape from this option.
[2] To Use MEMBERLINK
Enter your Member Number and first two letters of your last name followed by the pound [#] key.
If this is the first time using MemberLink, the system will ask you to enter your Social Security number followed by the
pound [#] key, next enter your password – a 4-10 digit password of YOUR CHOICE. This will now be your password to access MemberLink and Online Banking.
[9] Transfer to a Credit Union Representative.

NOTE: Usage of the MemberLink System is governed by Regulations D & E as referenced in the disclosures you received when you opened your account.
REMINDER: Only 6 total telephone and/or automatic transfers from your regular shares to your share draft account are allowed each month.

- Enter your member number followed by the first 2 letters of your last name
- Enter your 4-10 digit password. (Enter your social security number if you are a first time user)
