2017 Member Satisfaction Survey Now Available

Please participate in our Member Satisfaction survey. In our efforts to continually improve our products and services, we are working with an independent research firm to gather information from our members. The responses you provide to this survey are completely confidential and will be used to help us learn what we are doing well, and where we need to improve. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and your participation is vital to its success.

The survey will be sent via email or mailed on September 5, 2017 and you can participate through October 20, 2017. If you do not receive an email or paper survey, you will also be able to access the survey through a link in online banking.
