Intermittent Service Issues: Mobile Check Deposit

We are currently experiencing intermittent service issues with Mobile Check Deposit in Online Banking. To ensure that your deposit is successful while we work to resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Retain a hard copy of your check for 7 days before destroying it – even if you have received a confirmation message.
  2. Verify that your deposit has gone through in your Transaction History. You can access your transactions by clicking on your account in Online Banking to access the Account Details page.
