Our new EMV debit cards with enhanced security and an updated design will be rolling out in early 2017! To make the rollout as smooth as possible we are asking you to verify that we have your primary telephone number in our system.
Why is it important to verify my primary phone number?
Once you receive your new debit card, you'll be able to conveniently activate it over the phone--but ONLY if you're calling from the primary number we have on file for you! Please note that with the receipt of your new card, you will no longer be able to activate it via the ATM. Should you require assistance, you will be able to complete an activation of your card by phone at any of our branches or by calling our Contact Center.
How do I verify my phone number?
- Log into Online Banking.
- Navigate to Settings > Update Profile.
- Verify that the phone number listed under Home Phone Number is your current, primary number.
- If you update your phone number, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue to save your changes!
I want to update my Home Phone Number, but I'm having trouble saving my changes.
If you click Continue and see an "Invalid Input(s)" error message, double check your Profile Information. You'll have to fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk ( * ) -- such as the Email and Residential Address fields -- before the form will save your changes. Once you have filled in the fields with your contact information, click Continue again.
