When your busy life takes you away from an SFPCU branch, you always can access your accounts through MemberLink, SFPCU’s 24-hour telephone transaction line. You can check balances, transfer money, request checks and obtain the latest rate information.

Please note, Regulations D and E govern the use of MemberLink, which allows for six telephone and/or automatic transfers from savings to checking each month. Set up your MemberLink access today and start enjoying the convenience.

Instructions for First-Time Users

Contact MemberLink at 415.242.2142 or 800.871.3419 to access your account information. The first time you use MemberLink the system will prompt you to enter your Social Security number followed by the pound (#) sign. You then will need to choose and create a 4-10 digit PIN/password. You will use this password to access MemberLink and Online Banking.

  • At various times, MemberLink will ask you to enter either the pound or asterisk key.
  • The pound sign indicates you have finished entering information.
  • The asterisk key takes you back to the previous action, or ends your call.

Quick Reference to Most Common Account Types

  • S1 = Savings Account
  • S2 = Secondary Savings
  • S5 = Other Savings
  • S15 = Tiered Savings
  • S16 = Money Market Wealth Builder Account
  • S30 = Holiday Account
  • S90 = Checking Account

Please refer to your member statement for Certificate and loan types, and any account that doesn’t appear above.
