I received my new EMV debit card but I'm having trouble activating it. What should I do?
First, verify that your primary phone number is correct in our system:
- Log into Online Banking.
- Navigate to Settings > Update Profile.
- Verify that the phone number listed under Home Phone Number is your current, primary number.
- If you update your phone number, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue to save your changes.
