SFPCU EMV Debit Card

Important Information for Members Using an SFPCU Chipless Debit Card: Please Read!

Previously this year, we issued new debit cards with EMV chip technology, offering stronger protection against fraudulent transactions to all cardholders. Please be aware that due to new security procedures, all chipless debit cards will be deactivated on November 30, 2017, regardless of the expiration date on the debit card.

Because it has been over 90 days since your EMV debit card was issued, you can no longer activate it by calling the 800 number listed on the sticker. To activate the card, you will need to call us at 800.222.1391 or visit a branch.

If you have misplaced the new card, please contact us to order a new card. Please be sure to update your automatic payments with the new card.

You may have already received a call from our Contact Center informing you of this information. If you recently ordered or activated your EMV debit card, no action is required.
