Domestic & International Wire Transfers

Before sending funds to another institution, you'll need to provide us with the receiving institution's wiring instructions and a valid government-issued ID (i.e., a driver's license).

Step 1: Fill out the appropriate Wire Transfer Authorization form below:

Step 2: Return your form to Member Experience in one of three ways:

  • Fax your completed form to 650.627.8941
  • Print out your completed form and bring it to one of our branches.
  • Save your form as a PDF and email it to members_info@sfpcu.org
