MemberLink is SFPCU's 24-hour transaction line that allows you to inquire about balances, transfer money, request checks, and get the latest rate information.

Instructions for First-time Users

Call MemberLink at 415.242.2142 or 1.800.871.3419.

If it is your first time using MemberLink, the system will ask you to enter your Social Security number followed by the pound [#] key. You will then be prompted to create a a 4-10 digit PIN/password of YOUR CHOICE. This will then be your password to access MemberLink and Online Banking.

  • At times, MemberLink will ask you to enter either the "pound [#] sign" or the "asterisk [*] key".
  • The "pound [#] sign" on your phone indicates you have finished entering information.
  • The "asterisk [*] key" on your phone takes you back to the previous action or ends your call.

Quick Reference Guide to Most Common Account Types

  • S1 = Savings Account
  • S2 = Secondary Savings
  • S5 = Other Savings
  • S15 = Tiered Savings
  • S16 = Money Market Wealth Builder Account
  • S30 = Holiday Account
  • S90 = Checking Account
