Member Solution Consultant – Location to be Determined

SF Police Credit Union is seeking an exceptional Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic, consultative services to our members. This individual will build a strong and prosperous relationship with our members through dialogue, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills a must.  Previous sales and customer service experience within a financial institution a plus. 

Home branch location will be determined upon completion of training.  Possible home branch locations include - San Francisco, San Mateo, or San Bruno.

Member Solution Specialist – Location to be Determined

Jump start your career as a SF Police Credit Union Member Solutions Specialist! This person will be responsible for proactively educating our members about our products and services as well as processing monetary transactions for members while providing the highest quality of service. Excellent listening and verbal communications skills are required, experience with cash handling is preferred and PC experience is a plus.

Senior Mortgage Underwriter – San Francisco, CA

Responsible for overseeing the underwriting of residential real estate loans ensuring balance between growth objectives and credit quality objectives of the Credit Union.  Proactive in problem detection and resolution.  Monitors member/customer service standards by assisting in problem solving and resolution of operational problems.    Works with Loan Officers to lead a team providing superior member service through setting and assessing performance goals and priorities.  Responsible for ensuring that the Credit Union complies with required laws and regulations.  Builds positive relationships with all departments and peers. Underwriting designation strongly desired , At least five years real estate lending industry, with at least five years underwriting experience preferable , and Advanced industry courses in real estate lending recommended.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and demonstrated skills in organization and strong attention to detail.

Systems Administrator II – San Francisco, CA

SF Police Credit Union is looking for a Systems Administrator II who is responsible for administering and managing all information systems and application servers of the Credit Union in compliance with State and Federal Regulations, SFPCU Technology and Security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures. This includes, but not limited to, installing, configuring, administering and managing the Credit Union’s Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 application services, virtual infrastructure, administering storage and telephony systems, while keeping security and simplicity in mind. The Systems Administrator II must be able to implement scalable, resilient, effective and secure solutions to support the vision of the Credit Union.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or MIS from accredited four year college plus ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  The Systems Administrator II must detailed oriented, self-manage/develop timelines for projects required, and display excellent organizational and project management skills.
