Minimum two or more years in a customer service role required. Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in MS Office applications and internet usage; strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask effectively.

Cyber Security Analyst - San Francisco
The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for preparing contingency plans for the overall credit union's systems, software, hardware, applications, processes and services, including ensuring the organization’s business resumption plans are up to date and adequately address regulatory requirements as well as industry best practices. Individual is responsible for technical security planning, testing, verification, and risk analysis in accordance with FFIEC, NCUA, and SFPCU requirements. This role will assist in defining, deploying and monitoring risk management, compliance, and information security programs. This position functions as primary IT disaster recovery coordinator.
Minimum qualifications include bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or MIS from accredited four‑year college plus four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s degree highly desirable. Prior experience within a similar role in a financial institution a plus.
