We are currently looking for a Contact Center Representative 1 who is the primary remote point of contact to guide our members to credit union products, services and solutions. You will manage the expectation and experience of our members while solving problems and assisting with technology questions.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 1 year of successful call center or customer service experience required, Minimum 1 year within a financial institution/credit union within a new accounts or other related role preferred, Strong listening skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Ultrafis/FSP/ CRM systems knowledge preferred, Previous experience with sales methods and techniques preferred.
