Cyber Security Analyst - San Francisco
The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for preparing contingency plans for the overall credit union's systems, software, hardware, applications, processes and services, including ensuring the organization’s business resumption plans are up to date and adequately address regulatory requirements as well as industry best practices. Individual is responsible for technical security planning, testing, verification, and risk analysis in accordance with FFIEC, NCUA, and SFPCU requirements. This role will assist in defining, deploying and monitoring risk management, compliance, and information security programs. This position functions as primary IT disaster recovery coordinator. Minimum qualifications include bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or MIS from accredited four‑year college plus four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s degree highly desirable. Prior experience within a similar role in a financial institution a plus.

SFPCU is seeking a detail-oriented, member- focused professional to process and maintain Share Draft (checking accounts) programs. Functions include share draft processing daily monitoring/resolving NSF items, overdraft and stop payments activities, adjusting and balancing of share draft G/L, escheat reporting, performs routine and non-routine duties requiring knowledge of checks as negotiable instruments clearing through the bank system, payment, maintenance and subsequent return to the maker. Obtains information from and provides information to branch offices concerning checks, statements and related matters. This position pro-actively cross-trains and assists within all Electronic Services desks. Minimum one-year experience within financial institution or credit union required. Previous experience in highly organized, detail-orientated work required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. Proven ability to multi-task, conduct independent analysis with sound judgment skills required.
