We are looking for a Member Solutions Coordinator/Receptionist to provide pro-active, efficient direction and service as the first point of contact for members and others entering the credit union. Coordinate ongoing member interface with appropriate credit union staff. Support the efforts of frontline team acting as ‘back-up’ MSS, providing supply support, coordinating merchandising efforts, ensuring up to date and accurate lobby information and materials. Coordinate members' needs based on transactional knowledge and availability and abilities of frontline staff.
Minimum two or more years in a customer service role required. Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in MS Office applications and internet usage; strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask effectively.
