SF Police Credit Union is seeking an exceptional Member Solution Consultant who will be responsible for offering dynamic, consultative services to our members. This individual will build a strong and prosperous relationship with our members through dialogue, active listening, and collaboration to find the services and products that best fit member needs both current and future.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills a must.  Previous sales and customer service experience within a financial institution a plus. 

This position is a full time and the home branch will be determined after training. Possible locations could be San Francisco, San Bruno, or San Mateo

Senior Consumer Loan Underwriter – San Bruno
The Senior Underwriter is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, approving and underwriting difficult, complex individual consumer requests and products within company and industry guidelines. Reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and applicable ratios, examining transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness, preparing formal reports for review, ensuring that documents are consistent and uphold to established guidelines. Responsible for implementing fraud detection techniques, performing compliance reviews, assisting with re-negotiations of loans based on lending guidelines, serving as a consultant/technical resource on difficult problems and questions, handling escalated calls. Providing work direction, feedback and training to underwriting staff including mentoring lower level underwriters on credit decisions, department procedures and policies. May act as a team lead by providing assistance with ALCO recommendations and loan campaign development, and act as department backup in absence of Manager.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Minimum five-years lending experience in a Credit Union or financial institution environment. Marketing Coordinator – San Bruno
SFPCU is seeking a marketing coordinator who will, under general supervision play a key role in the implementation of all product and service marketing activities.  The marketing coordinator will provide research and support to execute plans and facilitates/coordinates communication internally and externally to our membership.  The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of various marketing projects, programs, and events.  BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field or at least 1 year marketing/advertising experience required.  Must be highly motivated and results oriented, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.  Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet), and Adobe Creative Cloud highly preferred.  Knowledge of HTML, Illustrator or other design programs highly preferred.
